BetterVet is a healthcare tech startup that empowers you to get the care your pet needs from the safety and comfort of your home. BetterVet utilizes home visits, telehealth, and the latest technology to provide you and your pet with better, easier, and more convenient veterinary care.
My Challenges
A sensible medical/veterinary app/website requires a more delicate and soothing flow and design. Users should feel calm and comforted when opening a medical mobile app/web, knowing that they’ve come to the right place to address their pet healthcare needs, questions and concerns.
My Goal

My Job Definition

UX UI Designer - In charge of multiple channels: our app, web app, marketing website, landing pages, etc. From the concept phase to user research, wireframes, and completed designs.

Presenting product ideas to the team members for brainstorming.

Wellness Club
BetterVet is launching its inaugural Wellness Plan, available to all BetterVet clients. For us, Wellness Plan is a retention strategy to keep our pet parents continue to choose BetterVet. The client messaging positions Wellness Plans as a key way to keep pet parents honest and give them an easy-to-follow roadmap to ensure that their pet lives long and healthy.

My Role in BetterVet
We chose to use playful artworks with a professional and up-to-date design that keeps users concentrating on the app's more essential features.
As Part of My Role
• Leading the UX UI process alongside our VP Product Developer and created our app and website flow.
• Created a design system from scratch. A systematic file with all our designs along the way, optimization suggestions, and design improvements.
• Moved our WordPress site to a new platform - Webflow.
• Led the creation of our how-to video, from the idea to storytelling and animation.
• Creating artworks for socials, blog posts, and products.
• Offline - from the idea stage to production ( Vets uniforms, car wrap, postcards, gift boxes, business cards, etc.).
• Responsible for veterinarians' sites changes.
• Creating the App Store and Google Play screens and videos.
