The Problem
-
The users are generally unfamiliar with BetterVet or the mobile veterinary care model.
-
Our wellness model aims mainly at b2c users.
-
We don't have a unique landing page for companies or an organized way to reach out to us.
-
We have a tight timeline for this project.
Business Goals
-
Increases the number of partnerships.
-
Add revenue streams.
Target Audience
New clients from business partners.
User Persona
HR and benefits managers/other organizational decision makers - find the best benefits for their employees.
Research & Competitors analysts
My research was about understanding the market and the needs of the potential users.
We didn't have enough time to conduct interviews with our new persona. I analyzed competitors' plans, spoke with some HR persons, and found that companies offering the best benefits are often rewarded with greater employee satisfaction and retention, and employees want to work for businesses that value work-life balance.
For our users, there are hundreds of options to choose from in order to craft a plan that works for their employees and the company. Finding new benefits for their employees will need to consider costs and ensure they provide quality benefits.
Product Goals
-
The desired call-to-action is contacting us to schedule a meeting.
-
Very clear value.
-
Strong CTA.
-
Keep their focus.
-
Visual - emotional/explains images.
Solution
We created a unique landing page, and we had to consider a lot; we needed to bring our brand world on the best side, knowing we needed to stick out, have a clear CTA, and make sure content is immediately visible to users before they scroll down (above the fold).
By following the properties below:
-
Grow in elements interest with a benefits-focused heading, heading, subheading, and CTA (Most people will leave after a few seconds).
-
Explain wellness and focus on the advantages this wellness could bring to the employees.
-
The offer - Show discounted price plans to indicate to users that they are getting a great deal.
-
Explain who we are - We tap into new networks of pet parents who may not have heard about us or would have switched veterinary providers.
-
Have social proof - Add customer testimonials to reinforce trust in our business (In the future).
-
Let them take action with compelling CTA.
-
Resistance - FAQs, copy, evidence of trust.
-
Add our brand video.
-
CTA - Form on the page.
-
Base our data on facts ( For ex., approx 67% of employees in the high-tech industry are pet parents in the US, The yearly expense per pet is $1,500-$9,900).
-
There is no added cost for the company as we offer the initial tier, "Family Plan," for FREE (Freemium Model).
-
The employee is reduced cost by joining through their company's benefits program.
-
Pet-friendly company - This unique employee perks recruits and retain employees and improves their image as a people - and pet-first company.
