My challenge
In the past, I was employed as an HR recruiter. In that field, the main problem, as I see it, is miscommunication between employers and potential employees. As a result, unsuitable people are placed in jobs that are not aligned with their desires and abilities.

I see there's no well-organized app that helps you find a job, so I need to send my resume to several platforms.

After two months of searching, when I was finally invited to an interview, the employer demanded beyond my skills and requirements.
Result
As an HR recruiter, I was asked to find the best match between both sides. That’s how the idea for the 'Works' app came about. With the pre-filter option, both sides can present their abilities and specify the requirements they want from the other side; matches will then be created accordingly.
