My challenge
In the past, I was employed as an HR recruiter. In that filed the main problem as I see it, is the miss communication between the employers and the potential employee. As a result, unsuitable people are positioned in jobs that are not relevant to their desires and abilities.

I see that there's no well organized app that helps you find a job, so I need to send my resume on several different platforms.
After two months of searching, when I was finally invited to an interview, the employer demanded beyond my skills and requirements

Result
As an HR recruiter, I was asked to find the best match between both sides. That’s how the idea to create the 'Works' app came up. With the pre-filter option, both sides can present their abilities and decide on the requirements they want from the other side, then, matches will be created accordingly.
